Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect on videomarketing.co.il, why we need it, who receives it and what your rights are. It follows Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13, in force since 14 August 2025.

Who is responsible for your information

The database owner and the party responsible for how the information is used is videomarketing.co.il ("we"). For any privacy question or request, contact us:

What we collect

• What you enter in the form: full name, phone number, email address and type of business and, if you choose to add them, your business website and a short description of what the video should be about.
• Whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive marketing messages, and the language you filled in the form in.
• Technical data: when you send the form, the server uses your IP address to block repeat submissions and spam. It is kept in the server's memory for about 20 seconds only, and is not stored with your details. Like any web server, our hosting provider also processes technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and operations.

Why we use it

• To get back to you and prepare the free first video you asked for.
• To arrange the work with you and provide our service, if you decide to work with us.
• To send you updates and marketing content, only if you gave separate consent for that.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information or use it for any other purpose.

Providing your details is voluntary

You are under no legal obligation to give us your details; doing so depends entirely on your choice and consent. Without your name, phone number, email address and type of business we can't contact you or prepare your video. The "Business website" and "What should the video be about?" fields are optional.

Legal basis and marketing messages

We use your information on the basis of your consent, which you give when you send the form.

We will send you marketing messages by email or WhatsApp only if you ticked the separate consent box in the form, as required by section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982. The box is not pre-ticked, and sending the form without ticking it does not add you to any mailing list. You can withdraw your consent at any time: through the unsubscribe link in a message, by replying "unsubscribe", or by contacting us.

Who receives your information

Your details go to our team. To run the site and receive enquiries, we use service providers that process the information on our behalf and only on our instructions:

• Cloudflare: hosting for the site and the server that receives the form.
• Resend: an email delivery service that forwards the form details to us.
• Our email provider, where enquiries are kept.

We will not pass your information to anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Some of these providers operate outside Israel, so your information may be stored or processed on servers abroad, for example in the United States or the European Union. We only work with providers that have committed by contract to keep the information safe and protect it to an appropriate standard.

How long we keep it

An enquiry from the form is kept for up to 24 months from the day you sent it, and then deleted. If you become a client, we keep your information for the duration of our engagement, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires (for example, for accounting and tax). Your IP address is kept in the server's memory for about 20 seconds only.

How we protect it

The site and the form run over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to our team and to the providers that need it to deliver the service, and the accounts where the information is kept are secured. No system is completely immune, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information, and we will act as the law requires if a security incident occurs.

Your rights

• To see the information we hold about you.
• To ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
• To ask us to delete your information.
• To withdraw your marketing consent at any time.

If you think your information has not been handled properly, we'd appreciate hearing from you first. In any case, you have the right to file a complaint with Israel's Privacy Protection Authority: Privacy Protection Authority website.

Cookies

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not embed third-party tracking tools. Fonts and videos are loaded from our own server. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies only, for security and protection against malicious traffic. If we ever add other kinds of cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Children

Our service is meant for businesses and business owners, not for minors. If we learn that a minor has given us their details, we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. If we make a material change to how we use information you have already given us, we will let you know.
